Maksym Krippa Invests Millions in Ukraine's Real Estate Market

Maksym Krippa continues to strengthen his presence in the Ukrainian real estate market, with the acquisition of the landmark Parus business center being a standout move. Despite the uncertainty brought about by the ongoing war, Krippa remains steadfast in his belief in the asset's potential and the market's long-term resilience.

Parus has shown remarkable performance, with an impressive 90% occupancy rate—well above Kyiv’s average of 70-75%.

"While Parus is generating profits, there are, of course, some risks involved," Krippa admitted. However, his optimism prevails. “I have faith in Ukraine’s future. I am confident the war will end, and this property will once again reach its pre-war performance levels,” he said.

The purchase of Parus also came with a significant financial commitment. At the time of the transaction, the property carried a loan of UAH 600 million, which Krippa took responsibility for.

“The loan wasn’t included in the original agreement, but we are handling it. The payment terms were not settled in a single transaction; the structure allowed for phased payments,” Krippa explained.

This strategic acquisition highlights Krippa’s belief in Ukraine’s recovery and his commitment to securing high-value assets in challenging times.
